Description

You will use Covasim to simulate COVID-19 and the effects that different interventions have. You will have to run exponential regressions on  your data, and write up a report detailing your findings.

Details

Your report should identify how interventions affect the outcome of COVID-19. For example, effective testing may not affect the total number of cases, but the number of diagnoses. But, if tracing is employed as well, then that may affect the number of deaths and/or cases.

You'll need to do an initial run without any interventions, and run a regression on the cumulative number of cases for the first 30 days (how to) to have a baseline function and growth rate. Make sure record any other data you would like to compare as well, such as the amount of deaths or severe cases. Then, employ different interventions and repeat this process, taking note of any key differences.

In your report, you should at least compare and contrast the functions you created from the regressions on the number of cases, as well as report on any other findings. You should have pictures of the corresponding graphs alongside your comparisons.

Your report should also be in APA format. (template)
